For products in stock, orders are delivered within 24 hours - maximum 48 hours after phone confirmation of the order (exception: Saturday and Sunday and legal holidays). This time frame is not guaranteed and there may be situations where your order arrives after 48 hours. We do not guarantee a minimum delivery time; this depends solely on the courier.

For products that are out of stock or for situations where a product appears available for order on the website but is not available in the store's physical inventory, delivery may take up to 3 weeks. You will receive a notification in this regard by email or you will be contacted by phone.

Orders are delivered by express courier (Sameday, DPD, FAN COURIER). Delivery will be made to the address specified by you in the order form; courier company agents will deliver the products to your home.

DELIVERIES are made only on the territory of Romania.

Shipping Methods:

• Shipping fee is 25 RON/parcel of maximum 2 kg and increases depending on the weight of products, for shipments sent by SAMEDAY at national level regardless of location. The cost is displayed when you select the courier in the online order process.
• -Express Delivery with a shipping fee of 48.90 RON/parcel.
• -Home Delivery in Bucharest 250.00 RON/delivery.

The total payment amount (products + shipping) will be displayed automatically before sending the order.
