Right of withdrawal
In accordance with OUG no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts, the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of the delivery of the products, without having to give a reason.

To exercise this right, please complete the form below. After submitting your request, you will receive or confirm by e-mail, and our team will communicate the necessary steps to return the products.

Conditions
Withdrawal must be requested within 14 calendar days of the delivery of the products.
The products must be returned according to the instructions received after registering the request.
The refund of the value of the products will be made in accordance with legal provisions, after receiving and verifying the return.
The right of withdrawal may be limited for certain categories of products by law (for example, sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed).
What next?

You will immediately receive or confirm by email that your request has been registered.
Our team will verify the information and send you instructions for returning the products.
After receiving and verifying the return, the value of the products will be refunded in accordance with legal provisions.
