Refund policy

Bakos Men products must be returned in good condition, unused, without stains, in original packaging, with tags attached and without signs of wear or aggressive try-on (lipstick marks, foundation, food stains, etc.). Otherwise, the products may be sent back to the customer.

Products must be returned with all accessories and original documents (invoice / receipt). We will not accept items that have been worn, altered, washed, that show signs of deodorant or perfume/sweat odor, forced during try-on with loosened or unstitched seams, or broken/jammed zippers, etc.

We do not accept returns for products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or that may degrade or deteriorate quickly.

Before returning a product, you must notify us by phone or email at office@bakosmen.ro of your intention to return one or more products.

You may return the item through any courier company.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Bakos Men will refund the value of the products within a maximum of 14 days from the date the return is received.

The refunded amount does not include shipping costs.

Products picked up in-store cannot be returned.

Returns are not accepted for legal entities (companies).

To request a refund for returned products, please send an email to office@bakosmen.ro containing the following information:

Full name of the person who placed the order

Bank account

Name of the bank account holder

Phone number

Email address

The product you are returning

Invoice number

If possible, include a copy of this email in the returned package. If you cannot print it, write the details on a blank sheet of paper.
